Advertising transparency
How We Select Advertising Partners
MesotheliomaClaims.us provides educational asbestos and mesothelioma information while allowing clearly identified paid attorney advertising placements on certain pages.
Last Updated: July 2026
MesotheliomaClaims.us is an educational website. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, do not provide medical advice, and do not represent visitors in legal matters.
This page explains how paid advertising partners may be displayed on MesotheliomaClaims.us and how we work to keep advertising separate from our educational content.
Our Advertising Partner Standards
Before displaying a law firm advertiser on a state resource page or other sponsored placement, we may consider basic advertising standards such as:
- Whether the advertiser identifies itself as a law firm or legal advertiser.
- Whether the advertiser provides accurate contact information for visitors.
- Whether the advertiser agrees that all advertising claims must be truthful and not misleading.
- Whether the advertiser agrees not to use this website to imply guaranteed case results.
- Whether the advertiser understands that sponsored placement must be clearly disclosed as paid attorney advertising.
- Whether the advertiser is responsible for confirming that its advertising complies with applicable state bar rules and attorney advertising requirements.
These standards are intended to support transparency for visitors. They do not mean that MesotheliomaClaims.us verifies every license, credential, case result, attorney claim, or jurisdictional requirement for every advertiser.
Paid State Sponsorships
Some state resource pages may include an exclusive sponsored law-firm placement for that state. This may include a call button, contact form, short advertiser description, or other clearly labeled sponsored content.
Exclusive placement means the law firm has paid for advertising visibility on that state page. It does not mean the law firm is the only law firm available in that state, the best law firm in that state, or the law firm most qualified for a visitor’s situation.
Educational Content Independence
Our asbestos, mesothelioma, disease, exposure-history, and state-resource content is intended for general education. Paid advertisers do not receive the right to control the educational content on this website.
Advertising may appear near educational content, but sponsored forms, call buttons, and law-firm placements should be identified separately from informational material.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Viewing this website, clicking a call button, submitting a form, or contacting an advertising law firm through MesotheliomaClaims.us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship can only be created directly between a visitor and a law firm according to the law firm’s own procedures and applicable law.
Advertiser Responsibility
Each advertising law firm is responsible for its own statements, legal services, licensing, client communications, fee agreements, case evaluations, and compliance with applicable attorney advertising rules.
MesotheliomaClaims.us does not provide legal services, does not review legal claims, does not determine legal deadlines, and does not make decisions about whether a person has a valid case.
What Visitors Should Do
Visitors should make their own informed decisions before choosing any attorney or law firm. You may want to ask questions about licensing, experience, fees, case handling, deadlines, communication, and whether the law firm is authorized to assist with your matter in the relevant state.
If you have legal questions, speak directly with a licensed attorney. If you have medical questions, speak with a qualified medical professional.
